Types of Training we Offer.

Finish up Training

Not being able to finish your training because "life got in the way" or a flight school "over promised and under delivered" can feel overwhelming and daunting.  Yet, every day, the desire remains within you to "finish up!"  In your mind it's more overwhelming than it probably is in reality.  Let's talk about your specific situation and we can give you a realistic timeline / cost to finish up your training!  Here is the Application for Finish up Training! Accelerated Full-Time Training

Do you know you are dedicated to go to the airlines and want move along in your training quickly? There is no need to go $100,000 + in debt or move far away to achieve your certificates! You will spend half as much here, and get through quicker because we can provide the overview and time with you need to ensure that there is no wasted time.

Private Pilot Certificate

We answer all your questions to help you get started on this amazing journey.  We help you navigate ground school options and help you determine when to take each step. Getting your Private Pilot in as efficient manner as possible, with Instructors who aren't 'building time' to leave for the airlines is key to saving you time and money.  FAA requires a minimum of 40 hours of training, national average is 70.  This involves passing a written exam, completing required ground/written training, and passing a Checkride.  Click on Private Pilot Certificate to see the exact ground/flight training requirements.  This Certificate allows you to fly by Visual Flight Rules (outside the clouds.)

Instrument Rating

Now that you have your Private Pilot Certificate, consider adding on your Instrument Rating. This rating allows you to fly through the clouds, also described as navigating by instruments.  This rating involves another 40 hours of training.  This involves passing a written exam, completing required ground/written training, and passing a Checkride. Commercial Certificate

This Certificate allows you to obtain a position that you can get paid to fly others.  Sometimes people think this is what is needed to fly Commercial airliners -- that's an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP).  This Certificate allows you to get hired to fly Charters, and is one of the required steps on your way to getting an ATP. This Certificate involves passing a written exam, completing required ground/flight training, and passing a Checkride.  Click on Commercial Certificate to see the exact ground/flight training requirements.

Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)

Teaching others to fly is SO much fun!  It's our passion.  Many of you have the gift of  teaching and would love to teach other's to fly.  This is a culmination of all of your hard  work! We can help you navigate the ground school and help you prepare and give you  opportunity to practice those lesson plans and initially teaching through them.  Contact us to discuss more!  Your CFI Certificate allows you to teach Private and Commercial level students.

Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFI-I)

When you are ready to add on that Instrument "I" to your CFI, we are here to help you finish up!  Contact us to discuss a plan to get your CFII!  CFII allows you to teach instrument students.

1:1 Ground School Support!

Whether you purchased Sportys, King School, or a different online ground school..everyone needs additional support to help break down the topics to better understand them to prepare quicker for passing your written exam.  VORs, Weight and Balance, Airspace, Navigation, review of the legends and charts...we offer 1:1 ground support to answer your specific questions. We zoom with students all over the United States at our affordable ground rate of $30/hr.

Flight Reviews

Let's collaborate to make your Flight Review fun and rewarding!  What kind of flying have you done in the last year? What type of flying do you want to do this year?  What areas do you desire to building confidence in? How confident are you with filing flight plans, getting flight following, and navigating Class C/D airspace?  Do you conduct pre-take off briefings? Let's discuss putting together meaningful ground/flight portion that will help to build your skills and confidence.

Pinch Hitter Training

You fly regularly with a Pilot and you have often asked yourself, "What would I do if something happened to the pilot? I wouldn't know what to do!"  The Pinch Hitter Training is for you. You don't want to go through the work and time of obtaining a Private Pilot Certificate yourself.  But you CAN learn the basic information to know how to get help on the radio, basic aircraft control to get the aircraft down safely.
